I am not very fond of Papaya as a fruit. However, after knowing all the skin and health benefits, I try in include it in my everyday routine as much as I can.
I would like to share my favorite Papaya drink with you guys. It is very healthy and tasty !
You’ll need :
1 cup diced sweet papaya.
1 teaspoon honey.
Mix all the ingredients in a blender.
Add ice if you desire.
Serve it in a glass and enjoy it ! 🙂
