I was really motivated when I lost 1.3 Kg on Day One of my GM Diet. I checked my weighing scale today morning, I had lost only 400 gm 0r 0.4 kg which I think isn’t very bad either. I am happy with the results so far..

The GM Diet: Day One

Diet:

 All vegetables. You are encouraged to eat until you are stuffed with all the raw or cooked vegetables of your choice. There is no limit on the amount or type. For your complex carbohydrate, you will start day two with a large baked potato for breakfast. You may top the potato with one pat of butter.

How it works: 

Starts with a fix of complex carbo-hydrates coupled with an oil dose. This is taken in the morning for energy and balance. The rest of day two consists of vegetables which are virtually calorie free and provide essential nutrients and fibre.

 

Day Two:

I started my day with a large boiled potato topped with a hint of seasoning. Even though I am not a huge fan of potatoes, it was a nice change after having ONLY fruits just a day prior. I had a cup of tea after a while & since I couldn’t workout, I walked for around 3 kms in total.

I do not like vegetables in any form and I knew this is going to be a difficult day for me. As expected, I did had a lot of craving throughout the day. I had made a big bowl of salad which included cabbage, carrots & beetroot with oregano seasoning. Even though I managed to finish the entire bowl in the afternoon, I still felt hungry. Hungry for anything but veggies. I had a tall glass on carrot juice in the evening as a mid meal snack.

Later in the evening, I was hit by the headache I mentioned yesterday and to calm that, I had another cuppa tea.At night, I wanted to eat ANYTHING but vegetables and I was hungry. Eventually, I had a salad of cabbage, capsicum, carrot, beans & tossed it in a bit of oil and added salt & vinegar for seasoning. I also had more than a litre of water throughout the day.

This was basically a quick recap on my Day Tow of GM Diet. I was expecting a greater weight loss as compared to Day One was it turned out the other way. Still, I am very happy with the results. It is my DAY Three today and I have already cheated a couple of times. Will update you guys tomorrow! 🙂
