The GM Diet: Day Three
I lost 0.5 kg post third day of my GM Diet. In total, 2 kgs weight loss in just 3 days. 🙂
If you’re new here and have no idea what GM Diet is, you should read these article before reading this post.
A mixture of fruits and vegetables of your choice. Any amount, any quantity. No bananas yet. No potatoes today.
How it works:
Eliminates the potato because you get your carbohydrates from the fruits. You system is now prepared to start burning excess pounds. You will still have cravings which should start to diminish by day four.
I was running late for a meeting yesterday and left house with just a cup of tea. I started feeling hungry on my way and wanted to have anything I could get my hands on. Since I couldn’t just eat ANYTHING, I had to wait till almost 12.30 to eat something healthy.
I spotted a Subway and grabbed myself a veggie delight salad with a tiny weeny bit of mayo on top. Yes, I cheated! But then I hadn’t been following the diet to the T and have done a lot of modification in the past two days so I can stick to the diet. The salad was actually a delight and I a LOT better after having it all.
At around 4 in the evening, I was hungry again. Trust me girls, I have never felt so hungry in my entire life. Since I could eat fruits & veggie today, I had a bowl of pomegranate in the evening followed by a cup of tea after around 2 hours. I finished my day with the same evening salad I made on Day Two and called it a day!
I was jumping with joy when I weighed myself today morning. I lost 0.5 kgs after my third day of GM diet which makes it a total of 2 kgs in only three days! 😀 It’s my fourth day today and I can’t wait to complete all sever days. 🙂
