Sorry for posting this so late. My GM diet ended on the 15th of December & as per the diet plan, I could eat brown rice, fruit juices & all the vegetables I want! Well, just like the 6th day, I didn’t loose any weight on the 7th day either. Final weight loss = 2.7 kgs in 7 days!

Today your food intake will consist of brown rice, fruit juices and all the vegetables you care to consume.

How it works:

finished off the program like a good cigar used to finish off Victorian meals, except much healthier. You have your system under control and it should thank you for the flushing and cleaning you just gave it.

Day 7:

So I ate rice after 6 days and even though I love rice, it felt weird. I have always been a rice eater and have preferred it over breads & roti’s and I actually missed eating rice for all 6 days. When I woke up in the morning, I headed straight to the kitchen to cook myself some yummy rice,errrrr.. brown rice. This was my first time with brown rice & it didn’t turn out as expected.

Firstly, I had no idea how to cook it so I went with the regular way. After it was cooked, I packed it in my lunch box for work & had some salad for my breakfast along with my cuppa. 😉 In the afternoon, I realized my rice wasn’t cooked properly & even though this has happened in the past, this one was bad! Since i was hungry & wasn’t carrying anything else, I settled with it. I didn’t had any mid meal and had a huge bowl of salad for dinner along with some properly cooked rice.

I feel my appetite has gone low. I don’t feel hungry like I used too. Even when I eat, I eat very less. I like this change! However, I was again disappointed with no weight loss. But I guess, this was it! Last 2 days are probably to get back to the normal & healthy living!
